1. Providing personal data is voluntary, however, providing marked personal data is necessary to conclude the contract, and the consequence of not providing them will be the inability to perform the contract.
2. Each person has the right to access their data and rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data or object to their processing, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of data processing before its withdrawal .
3. The administrator has such data as: company name, address, NIP and REGON, contact telephone number. The personal data provided by you will only be used to perform the contract, as well as to fulfill the obligation resulting from art. 106e sec. 1 of the Goods and Services Tax Act. They are collected for the purposes of: performing the contract, making financial settlements and for marketing purposes.
4. Personal data will not be transferred to third parties - only institutions authorized by law will be the recipients of the data. Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area, to a third country or an international organization.
5. Personal data will be stored for the duration of the legal relationship between you and the Administrator, and after its termination for the period of limitation of claims to which the Data Administrator is entitled and against him, as well as for the period required by the provisions of the tax law.
6. The recipients of your personal data, apart from the Administrator, will be persons who have been authorized to process personal data by the Administrator to the extent that they perform their official duties, as well as entities commissioned by the Administrator to perform activities that require data processing.
7. If it is found that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR, the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
